My item is damaged, who can I contact?
Please contact us at contact@mensahilton.com and we will help resolve the issue. For guidance please see warranty information.
If ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees are not applied by us. The amount/percentage will vary depending on your country's requirements. This remains outside of our control and Mensahilton is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Please contact your countries customs office for more information.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received and it complied with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Can I alter my order?
Yes. Provided your order hasn't already been shipped you can amend your order, if necessary. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@mensahilton.com as soon as you can. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
MensaHilton provides a limited warranty that will cover manufacturer's defects for 1 year after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics fail to function correctly, and we're to blame, we will repair or replace your watch completely free. Please note that this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through directly. Things not covered under the warranty include batteries, theft, water damage, accidental/intentional glass damage, scratches, normal wear & tear or strap damage. Proof of purchase (usually a receipt) is required for all warranty claims, so please ensure your receipt is kept safe.
