ONE YEAR WARRANTY

We’re confident that the quality of our watches will impress you. But we understand that you may need extra reassurance, that’s why we offer a One Year Warranty on all of our watches.

Every watch purchased comes with a warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for one year after your original purchase date. So if the watch parts or mechanics fail to function correctly, and we're to blame, we will repair or replace your watch completely free.

Please note, this does not cover any abuse you put your watch through directly. Things not covered under the warranty include empty batteries, watch theft, excessive water damage, accidental/intentional glass damage, scratches, normal wear & tear and strap damage.

When claiming under warranty, proof of purchase (usually a receipt) is required along with the return of the faulty watch so please ensure your receipt is kept safe.
